I wish I could count how many times I have talked with someone who is overwhelmed and stressed about how to eat healthy.  Not knowing what to do, where to start, or even what foods are the healthiest to eat.  I can help with this.

I teach a whole foods way of eating.  Whole foods include meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruit, and lots of healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and seeds.  Sound doable?  It is.

My clients don’t count calories, measure macros, or scale food every time they eat.  Instead, you will learn how to create a balanced meal that is unique and specific to your personal nutrition needs.

My clients are also not “on a diet” – rather this is a lifestyle way of eating. This becomes part of your normal, everday living creating genuine lifestyle change over time.  In addition to teaching a whole foods way of eating, we will cover a whole health way of living.
